Stress Management and Mindfulness

I am excited to announce that I will be teaching a few new Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programs in July. I am looking at returning to the lovely Ohana Yoga studio in Port Melbourne, as well as a new all ladies venue in Melbourne's inner north – soon to be announced. I have been teaching this world renowned stress reduction program for a number of years now – genuinely making a difference in people's lives through the incredible work of Jon Kabbatt-Zin.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) was really amazing for me.
