I’ve been working in the trauma and therapy field for nearly two decades, and my love of learning means I can offer you a diverse toolkit. My work is always holistic, with and through the body, integrating all levels of the brain — from bottom-up to top-down — including the eight senses, thoughts, feelings, and soul, to open the door to the fullness of your present-moment experience.
