Havening Techniques™ is a psycho-sensory therapy that uses touch to change the way painful and traumatic memory is structured.

Havening touch, applied to your face, arms or hands, activates a delta-wave brain state. The delta-wave brain state floods your brain with yummy feel good neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin and gabba, whilst depotentiating the associational triggers that cause ongoing suffering. It also feels wonderful – like a delicious warm mumma hug. It is deeply calming and relaxing.
